CARE Campus is located within a larger site area of 250.00 acres. The site overlooks a 1000 acre Pond. This campus is designed as a low rise structure (G+1) with a series of inter-connected courtyards and open spaces of varied scales. The Landscape works as a tie between the varied spaces.

The design has a large central open space, overlooking the large pond. This has been designed as a cultural plaza, with an amphitheatre designed like a “kund”, with the stage set within a water body. The planting strategy was to use native species. An elaborate system of storm water management with harvesting has been adopted in the design.
