This was a restoration project of a 140 years old Hotel that was not in use for a few years. The project involved restoration of the landscape to the extent possible to the original version, and blend it with present day requirements. A Swimming pool which was not in the original scheme, was relegated to one remote corner of the site, not to interfere with the Heritage Hotel. Outdoor dining areas were added in the adjunct open spaces abutting the Building, amidst the aura of existing trees and the Heritage hotel itself.
