The project houses 2 types of Duplex Villas and an apartment floor. A sunken court that houses an amphitheatre and a play area forms the central vortex around which the design revolves. All Ground floor units have their own Private gardens in the front and back. Sunken courts with minimal landscape intervention bring in natural light and ventilation to the basement. The project is pedestrian centric, as Vehicular movement is restricted to the basement. Access to the Villas is through “streets” with an interesting blend of planting beds, trees, and seating enclosures.
