This Entrance Plaza was designed as a grand feature leading to a Biotechnology Park. Engaging the public passing by was one of the main objectives of this design, than being just an architectural edifice.

The plaza houses an ATM, a Café and a public square for outdoor recreation, interaction and recluse. Water features to ameliorate the hot climate, and seating benches below the shade of trees form the key constituents of this design.
