This is a Gold rated LEED certified Green Building. It has landscape at the Ground floor and terraces at 3 levels. The open terrace has spaces for outdoor interaction, with a heat reflective floor in broken china mosaic. The second floor terrace houses a Jaquzi. The ground floor landscape has defined walkways, open parking lots and roads, with water features at lobby entrances for grandeur.
